How do I change my personal information?

You need to inform us about any change to your personal details — eg, your address, name, telephone numbers or email address. You can do this by logging into your account and editing your personal settings.

I have forgotten my login details or password?

Go to the forgotten password page, enter your email and hit the button for forgot your password. An email will be sent to you straightaway with your details to allow you to login again.

I am having trouble accessing a service provided by your site — what should I do?

Simply contact us on support@stormchildventures.com with your enquiry or problem and we will contact you as soon as we can with a solution to your problem.

What if I am not satisfied with my membership and I paid a fee to join?

You have 7 working days from the day you join our membership service to cancel. Simply contact cancellations@stormchildventures.com with a written request containing your name and full address and we will refund your membership.

What if I have a complaint about a purchase or retailer on your site?

If the compliant refers to a purchase in the first instance please contact the individual retailer. If you still have an unresolved issue please email our customer services team at customerservices@stormchildventures.com and we will do our best to help you.
